I hope everyone has a roof over their head, at least as a start for socialisation / integration. No more people on the streets at night, a place to find shelter when needed. So that they have one less thing to worry about and can start working on their future. It's a step toward eradicating poverty.

No waste: in 2040, humanity has realised its impact on environment, including fellow humans. While circularity of material is in full swing, thoughts are also not wasted. Along the polarisation trend:
Thinking goes wild, with another impetus given to personal freedom, equality and empowerment of marginalised citizens. Tools are made available to consciously record thoughts and dreams;
Yet communication around the thoughts is constrained: reactions are delayed, so that messages are filtered and polished to respect sensitivities.

I hope people dont lose themselves in the future. I don't know how technology will be, but our life will become easier with artificial intelligence and robots. I think it will be thanks to technology that people will be able to live longer. Even though the complacency is high, life will be tough.
