Towards an environmentally friendly future

I would like the future of Europe to be environmentally friendly. I expect European institutions to adopt rules and policies that foster a rapid change towards climate neutrality so that future generations do not have to deal with the devastating consequences that will derive from our actions now. In an ideal future, we will no longer rely on energies that have a negative impact for the environment; on the contrary, we will utilize only green energies to power our industries. Moreover, meat will be less and less the preferred option to be consumed, and we will increasingly adopt a more vegetable-centered diet that contributes to the sustainability of our planet. We will also develop sustainable alternatives for the current means of transport that will make cars less pollutant, and the same goes for the planes. All these actions will jointly direct the world, and more specifically Europe, to a healthier and more sustainable life.
