Rosa Berndt is a futures researcher (M.A. FU Berlin) and communication scientist (B.A. UdK Berlin). With a profound understanding of the dynamics shaping tomorrow, she develops innovative strategies that merge artistic exploration with scientific rigor to address complex challenges and envision alternative solutions. As Head of Futures Strategies, Participation, and Transformation at the Berlin 2037 Foundation, as well as an independent consultant, moderator and speaker, Rosa is dedicated to questioning established ways of thinking and enabling individuals to actively engage in shaping change.
